Time trial on the erg for 1k. Stroke rate was up around 30 for the whole duration. I was fading slightly at the end but not bad.

Warm-up and cool-down on the erg. I also did a 1min wattage test and averaged 332 watts over the 1min.

Finally was able to complete a continuous 10k row, my longest on the erg to date. I came through the 5k in 20:12 but struggled in the 3rd quarter. I did some weights and abs after.

Paddle with G from Brownsville north up into Liberty Bay. We turned around at the Poulsbo Yacht club. Stunning morning for a paddle, the water was glass and the mountains were out.

Ski day #3 at Mission Ridge. Everything got pretty solid overnight so the ski runs were a bit tricky.
