The Half Idiot: Started at Plummer trailhaead and rode the 20mi loop out to the WA state line and back. Then I set off down the Trail of the Couer D' Alenes. I saw a big procupine on the trail just down from Plummer. Met quite a few roadies riding the trail the other direction along the lake. Took a quick break in Harrison to eat and shed my long sleeve. Took another quick break at Medimont to eat and drink. Met CJ and her dad around MP 37 on the trail and exchanged the car key. Continued riding all the way up to the Wally World just before Kellogg. I went in to buy a cold drink and then continured on the the park in Kellogg. I stopped and took a break in the shade/grass. This was my longest break of the ride but probably only took 15-20min. I continued riding on up to Mullan past the car parked for me and then up to Lookout Pass via Willow creek road and the rail trail. The Willow creek road was pretty rough but once I got to the rail trail it was easy riding up to the pass. Once at the pass I snapped 2 pics and then headed down I-90 back to Mullan. Ride from the cabin up the back way over to Sunny Slope Rd. and then into Plummer the back way. Stopped by the store to pick up a few things and then down the trail to Chatcolet and back up over the hill to the cabin. Pretty nice ride, lots of good hills. I'll have to remember that one for next year.
