I had to blow off some steam so I headed to the KRA erg room. They had a workout on the white board so I followed it. Standard waormup followed by 9x (3min on by 2min off at varying stroke rates). These were grouped in sets of 3. I think the first set was 26-28-30. The second 28-30-28 and the third 30-28-30 for each minute. Good workout.
