8 x 400m with 1 minute recovery:

(72, 74, 73, 75, 74, 75, 75, 75)

Perfect session and I felt really strong in each rep! :D

A really good last session to finish on and a good confidence boost for Tuesday!

6 miles very easy!

(7.05, 6.45, 6.52, 6.25, 6.45, 6.37)

The last three miles were a little quicker due to the fact I caught up in a hailstorm and wanted to get home a little quicker! A really good run despite looking like a drowned rat at the end!

I struggled in this session to really get going and I just couldn't get my legs to go any quicker than 74!

6 mile run at home with 8 x 1 minute easy fartleck efforts. It felt good to get my legs turning over a little quicker!
