Took it easy today. I felt like I had to do something because we have a race Saturday. Also, our coach isn't around so I couldn't discuss anything with her. I was supposed to do 3x3 minute intervals during my run but I skipped that part...

Almost died in class this morning, I was able to hold it together until I got back to my room.. then I was out cold for almost two hours. Forced myself to get up and then I had to struggle through another class. I'm starting to develop a cough and medicines don't seem to be doing much. I haven't been sick the whole year so far, but of course this came along just in time for finals week and all our important outdoor track races...
First real 3k steeple. Glad I broke 12 but I have a lot of work to do. Hurdled all but one barrier so that's not too bad. I know I can run in the 10 minute range...not this year but eventually. It's gonna be tricky because spring track is such a short season so I don't get too many chances to race.
