Set the bike up outside for a quick morning session. Humidity felt like it was at 50,000% so I started profusely sweating after about 3 seconds. Yummy. I'll probably ride again for a little longer tonight

Gotta be a bit more careful with my hand. It has been hurting for the past few days because I've definitely been overusing it. I keep it wrapped most of the time but it's just little things like opening a door or using a remote. I suppose everything starts to add up.

Trail run through Harriman with Gerg and my dad. Not sure that this was my best idea but it's done now. Hand felt fine for about the first hour when we were going slow and uphill, but then when we picked up the pace it started to hurt quite a bit. Had to run with my hand on my side the whole time to try to prevent it from moving. Tripped a few times because Harriman = rocks, but I never fell. Might avoid trail running for a little while longer.
