Got some aero bars, stuck em on my bike, went for a little spin. I can now ride while putting virtually zero pressure on my wrist. Pretty much pain free!
Went to Kanawauke with Rusty and tried my hand at this thing called orienteering. Walked the whole time so I wouldn't fall. Blueberries sucked...I mean they tasted really good, but so.much. green. Found an old red course from 2005 so I did a bunch of controls and then worked on hitting specific features.
Post op#2: Wrist still hurts if I move it the wrong way or use it too much. First thing my doctor noticed was there is a lot of scar tissue. He said it looked ok but my recovery is going a little slower than he was expecting. I just have to give it time and be careful. Next step is therapy 3x a week until my next appointment at the end of summer. Hopefully next time I see him I'll have no pain at a all.

Another attempt at trail running. Pain after 40 minutes. Forgot to wrap my wrist :/ ugh. Still nice to be out
