Failed attempt at a ride. Wrist is really not doing well so when I stared feeling it, I turned around and went home. Going to take it easy for the next few days because Elina and I have some cycling projects coming up in Chicago next week.

Sticking to the ice/heat and gentle stretches for scar tissue. My therapist has totally eliminated strength from my routine because my TFCC can't take it. If I do a few repetitions of the exercises (even just squeezing playdoh) I end up being in pain for two or three days. Not good. Have to visit my doctor again to discuss the issue. I'm getting quite frustrated with the whole situation. Kinda wish I had just broken my wrist last summer because at least it would have healed by now....but, gotta stay positive, it'll heal eventually.
