I don't know if I want to call this knee thing an injury but it's preventing me from doing some things so I guess it is. Another PT session today. Still trying to figure out why I have pain. Not too worried. Yet.

Had my second cx race on Sunday. Finished top 5. I was very impressed with my performance both technique and speed wise. Yay! Also, I was planning on running the Highlander this Sunday...long story short I have a knee issue that I have to go to PT for and my therapist told me I am not to run. Lame. But apparently I can still ride? Not gonna argue with that. So instead I'll race cross on Saturday and help make food (the most important part) at the Highlander. Get ready for the best burgers of the year!
