Since I'm currently study abroad in Trinidad, I decided to start logging again to keep my motivation up. Today I went to UWI track practice to find out more info about the team and to run with people. Turns out that last year the coach left and the whole team kinda fell apart. So as of right now there are two sprinter dudes, a distance guy, and me, and practice isn't really a thing...the guys just do their own workouts. That's kinda sucky. But I did get their contact info and they said we could at least meet up at the same time to workout, even though we all have very different training plans.
