Track workout (cool down included) with my new friend Drake, he's another distance runner at UWI. 9x400 at 85. He's also a PE student so he had some good advice and it was nice running with someone else. I have a feeling we'll be doing some good workouts together

Easy run day. All my mile splits were between 8:01 and 8:18. Happy with the consistent splits even though I wasn't trying to pace.
