Woke up late, drank coffee (without sugar) for breakfast, spent the whole day staring at my laptop coding for a project due Friday, literally didn't eat anything all day, had 1 small granola bar before I ran, obviously felt like poo poo because my blood sugar levels were non existent. I get frustrated with myself when I do stuff like this. Don't forget to eat!!!!! Your workouts will be sub par if you don't.
