Jog to the middle school bc we did the workout on that track instead. :/ boo I hate that track

my target time was 3:05. All of them were at least 5 seconds faster. 3 min rest in between each. I did a good job dropping time, felt pretty good especially since I thought I would be around 3 flat for each

Back at the trainer. This time Kam tagged along too. I think going to this trainer is really good for us. We work out and stretch in ways that will help us run smarter and better in general. Hopefully there shall be less injury amongst the team.
