Not an exact time but I averaged somewhere around 82. My goal was 87 and last year I averaged 85 so not too shabby.
I felt horrible starting off but managed to pick it up and hold the second half. I also chose to run them alone because I hate doing track workouts with people. They get in my way. :) lol
