Heel is feeling better but now my toe hurts , it's pretty bruised and swollen :p not going to run steeple or workout today. :/

Probably the worst race I've ever run. Mistakes from the start all the way through and my feet were killing me because of my heel, 2 giant blisters and a toe nail that is going to fall off, :/ I was really frustrated and tried to get back into it but couldn't. Spent way too much time on every control. I think I was like this because I was the last start and that just messed with me. Also going to control 4 I saw a baby coyote so I just tried to get away as fast as I could incase it's mommy came. I was kind of running in the general direction of my control but it was hard because I was in a very rocky area surrounded by green. Ugh just a rough day!

Again not very happy with my race. I tried to take it slow in the beginning since I knew it would be technical but I still messed up with a couple of bad route choices.

Fairly good race but again waisted some time in the beginning, not moving too fast either because of my heel :(

Barely ran because of my heel :(
It hurts whenever I step on it but not when I touch it. It feels deep within my heel and its really wired

Could barely do any steeple since my heel is hurting me. Just did a couple of dry steeples. Have to go to trainer :/

Supposed to do 8x400 but I stopped after 4 since my foot was hurting with the impact. :( I hope it goes away soon and doesn't get worse.
Supposed to drop 3 seconds every 2 laps starting at 1:21 and ending at 1:15 but my times were slower.
Moving rest (200 meters) in between each

Yeah got to 55 on bench, not as bad as expected. :)
