Running warm up/down 8:00 [3]

Technical/Drills/PT 5:00 [3]

Uggg the back of my right heel is one GIANT blister :D yay!

Running tempo 5:02 [3]

Did 2 grass halves which was a bit less than a mile. Target time was 5:01 or faster if I was doing it as a workout but I did it more as a tempo bc we had a weekend of racing and a meet tomorrow.

Running 5:09 [3]

Yeah started feeling yesterday... Held back a bunch

Blisters please go away :) thank you

Running warm up/down 5:00 [3]

Stopped early because I went to soak my feet in an ice bath. Maybe it will help the blisters, trainer also put iodine in the water to disinfect so that might help... I dunno

XC race race 19:42 [5] 3.0 mi (6:34 / mi)

Varsity A race- Bear Mnt.
Suffern Invite today! Yay! We were all kinda nervous because our coach said if we don't preform well like the past few years he would make us run the Varsity Girls B race too... We didn't want to do that...
We went out really well though and top 7 were in the front. I stayed with our top 3 longer than I expected. The hill kinda killed me though. I didn't loose any spots but it was much longer than I remember. Hills are a thing I need to work on. But we won... And didn't have to run again! Hoorah!

Running warm up/down 25:00 [1]

Ran in the zoo and stuff. Nice day :)

XC race race 19:34 [5] 3.1 mi (6:19 / mi)

Duel meet @Clarkstown South. Ran pretty well or better than I thought I would! It was a very annoying course though. First it started off as a loop around the bottom fields and went to the back trails... The beginning of the trails was a steep rocky and very tight trail... Not the usual xc course terrain. Then it went from the back of the school to the track and back down to the fields. Then we did it again. I think I ran much better bc I had someone to run with, our girl who is supposed to be in front of me finally decided to show up during races(like running where she is supposed to) and ended up beating me. I'm totally ok with that bc now I have someone to work off of other than Anna and she will help push the team up too. Came in 5th overall being the 5th Suffern girl. I didn't see anyone except us 5 the whole race... We were a bit ahead. I think my season has actually started now :)
