Quick workout, did an interval as fast as possible and got 4 min rest in between each.

I was surprised at how easy the navigating was for me, didn't make any real mistakes either but I lost some time here and there bc I was going pretty slow. I think number 8 was my worst control, I knew exactly where the control was and I but I never saw it so I spent some time looking for it. Also there was no rock mapped and I think there should have been some because that screwed me up but whatevs. Sad I missed yesterday but today was a good course :)

Steeple Relay with Rachel! (Combination of two times)
Ran pretty well but there was zero competition so it was Rachel and I together the first 2 laps and then she got a bit of a lead, maybe 15 meters by the end. I hurdled all of the barriers except for the first one! That's 19 barriers and I have to say I felt pretty comfortable doing so. Also Rachel and "crushed" the old meet record and got the new meet record (in 47 years) by around a minute which is pretty cool.

Dry steeple "race" at the middle school. It was not really a race because it was only like 7 of us and it was just our team. Ran pretty well, coach said I could run around 7:20 for the full 2000 which would be pretty awesome. Also managed to hurdle around half of them, I was a bit hesitant to hurdle them at first but I kept overstepping them so it was easier just to jump over.
