Section 1 Coaches Invite @Bowdoin Park
Pretty happy with my run, I was a lot higher up than I expected. Got out slow as usual and was around 5m behind the rest of my team that was in a pack in the front. We started off very well as a team. By one mile in I picked it up and passed 3 of our girls which is where I would stay the rest of the race. I ended up in 9th overall, 4th on the team (beat Anna again hah!) and we won...by a lot. Good confidence boost day by place but I still need to drop a lot of time and get in the 19s.

Run with Anna down a rail to trail that goes next to the Erie Canal in Rochester (we ended up where the sprint was for the U.S. champs last week) . It was a really nice run! Great weather, flat and paved. We were going somewhere between 7:15-7:30 pace.
