Track Race race 2:22 [5] 0.5 mi (4:44 / mi)

Liberty League Meet @ home. I was just hoping to run better than last time and score, I came in 5th so I accomplished both. Definitely happier with this run but I still have to drop more time.

Track Race race 1:02 [5] 0.25 mi (4:08 / mi)

4x4! We won by a lot hehe and we broke the Liberty League meet record from 2004 and ran 4:07. Wooohoo. We can definitley drop a lot more time but I was happy. Pretty sure that's my best time in the 400 by 2 seconds lol. I felt strong and got the baton right with the RIT girl, I stuck with her for a little and then passed her, Anna kept the gap and Marissa did the same. Fun race especially because our team is great at cheering.

Track running 37 [3] 0.12 mi (5:09 / mi)

A couple 200s at easy paces. The first set was mile pace (36) and second was 800 pace (34). I only did 3 in each set instead of 4 as not to die. Leg was taped and it felt pretty good, it hurt a little when I stopped running but not bad. :) so yay
