Long Partridge, ran easy to the path and then did tempo on the path and ran back to school. Leg doesn't hurt anymore and I didn't even tape it. I shall still be careful.

With Anna to Whiteface Landing. Partially on a small dirt road/ trail thing then it turned into a wide trail. Pretty short and flat but it was very icy so it's a good thing we had our microspikes.

DMR, we ran 12:00.15 and broke the school record by like 7 seconds. I'm not too happy with how I ran but there was literally zero competition. There was only one other relay team from our school which was initially used to pace our first leg in the 1200.
Again having issues with being light headed, I also got a really bad headache...not sure why because I didn't run that hard.

Felt pretty sluggish for these 200s and then after my vision did the grey splotchy thing and I turned kinda green soooo I think I was dehydrated (considering I only had a latte to drink all day). I just had to sit for a while and chill.
