Supposed to be between 6:10 and 6:20 but at about 800m I started feeling very sick and light headed so I slowed down but I'm glad I was still somewhat on pace

Started feeling light headed again, I felt it coming. My hearing was getting messed up but I figured I would just bang out the last 200 and see what happens.

Felt really good while running but after I felt not good. Especially this last one. I've gotten light headed a couple times during winter and usually I just sit for 10-15 minutes and work on breathing deeply. Today was pretty bad, like I said I knew it was coming but I was just very light headed and my vision was splotchy and I couldn't hear well. Today I was also nauseous so I sat for a while and tried to stand and walk around but I couldn't and my coach just told me to sit while another coach got me some Gatorade and a granola bar. Then I went to the trainer and laid down with my feet up for a little. I didn't have breakfast so I'm sure that was part of it, also as I've said before I need to drink more water. But this has happened before even when I ate and tried to stay hydrated. Anyhoosies, told the trainer and he said I should check back in and if it happens again we will have to see.
