Bucknell Outdoor Classic. 800m
Ran a bit of a pr...by more than 3 seconds... Oh and I also broke the school record by 2 seconds. I have no clue how I ran that but I felt pretty darn fantastic the whole time. Glad I finally broke 2:18, even though it just seems out of nowhere. Official time was 2:15.03, annoyed I didn't get 2:14 but I guess I can't complain. I actually started in the back for the first 150m then moved up and around until there was 300m to go and then I just went with the first 2 girls. I ended up 3rd in my heat (heat 6 out of 9 going slow to fast) and 23 overall out of 107 girls. Also it was a mix of d1, 2 and 3 schools. I think my heat only had me and 1 other d3 girl and the rest were d1 but I beat most of them heh. The girl that won my heat ran 2:14 (I think) and the overall winner was 2:10. Everyone said I raced really smart and looked strong the whole time and that's how I felt so yay. Pretty pumped but I have no clue how I'm going to do that again. Still a bit shocked.

Tired. Had to sit in the heat for 6 hours after my 800 and then I had to run a 400. I was nowhere near recovered and I had a headache even though I drank so much and stayed in the shade.

Went to the health center, I have to go get blood work and then go back next Thursday. It's probably anemia but we'll see. I have been taking iron so I'm not sure... Anyways I was pretty light headed all this morning. Kind of annoying.

4x300, 4x200 pretty fast. The last couple of workout have been just me and Anna because there are like no mid-distance people on our team. Fun. Anyways it was sunny and warm (50!) so yay.

I was starting to get quite light headed so I ended the workout there and headed to the trainer. I have to meet with him tomorrow and set up a time to go to the health center to get some stuff checked out.
