Swimming 1:00:00 [3]
Legs are still super sore so I decided swimming rather than running may help a little bit. When I swim at home I can't really do laps over and over because our pool is too small so I usually do different swimming exercises for 15-20 minutes each. I usually alternate between leg stuff like kicking in place and arm stuff like doing push-up things against the stairs with kicking at the same time.
Also not doing xc this season for many different reasons but I'm pretty happy with my decision. My training is just me doing whatever I want, in the hopes that I'll start doing triathlons at some point and then become the ironman world champion. (Lol that was a joke I'm too weak)
Last but not least, my next home renovation is redoing the bathroom downstairs and maybe re-tiling our other bathrooms too. Hopefully I shall start that this weekend with some help from papa.
