Feeling pretty crappy today because of allergies or a cold or maybe both. Anyways I felt really good riding today but we just went out and back pretty short. Our average always gets messed up because we have to take it easy in town. I swear we were going 17-20 for a lot of it.

Headed to Rochester this weekend to meet up with TSH peeps, do some riding and meet and watch some pro women's teams that are racing.
