Note
(sick)

Half asleep until around 4am coughing.
4 PM

Cycling 56:00 [1] 12.9 mi (13.8 mph)

So we were supposed to go out with our friend Elizabeth but she got the flu and isn't even going to class BUT this international freshman decided to join us. I really didn't know how good he was but when I mentioned the 12 mile loop he seemed totally down. Unfortunately his bike is some crappy thing he got from Walmart or something and it was making a lot of noise...
We finished...he was very tired and I felt kinda bad. :/

Nice that he came out with us though! It would be good if he had someone his speed to go with and someone our speed to go with us because a lot of the time I was just coasting and waiting. I guess it was ok because I am sick so I shouldn't have been pushing. We shall see.

Running 45:00 [3]

Went on a run with the nordic club crew again. We did the normal Kip/Saddlemire loop but then we went to the river...and went swimming! lol it's almost October. The water wasn't too cold and I was in there for a while. There were actually a lot of people either swimming or kayaking/ canoeing so that was cool.

One of the Freshman that runs with us is a German kid (Heinrich) who is an ORIENTEER. Like an actual orienteer, from Europe, who knows stuff. So hopefully we can go to Ottawa or even Rochester or do some ski-o in Lake Placid with him.

ALSO I put up a flyer (I mentioned a couple days ago) on my door saying I was looking for people to ride with. 5 minutes later I had an acquaintance say she was looking for people to ride with too and now, 24 hours later, we have a group of 7 people. We put up flyers all over the place so hopefully more people want to join but we are probably going to go out next week and are currently trying to get a storage space for expensive bikes.

Quitting xc was a very good decision

Been feeling pretty under the weather the past 2 days...again. It's so nice out so I'm very sad about it.
