Core/Hips/Strength 10:00 [3]
Unfortunately by the end of my core session I was starting to feel like I did last year during/after workouts. It was a pretty bad episode, definitely the worst one since track. Ears got clogged, vision got bad and I felt dizzy and almost passed out in the shower. I have to keep up on my iron intake which I'm very bad at!
On a good note, I think my tummy troubles are gone.
