With Amber and Anna. Amber improved so much by the end! At first she could barely go up and down a 3 foot hill but at the end she made it up and down like 25 feet!

Spoke to Dr. Fox (rat research prof) about my other research (spacial/navigation stuff) and orienteering. Lol he got so excited and ended up looking at maps for 20 minutes.

1 degree outside and a very snowy run. Nice and sunny though.

Unfortunately by the end of my core session I was starting to feel like I did last year during/after workouts. It was a pretty bad episode, definitely the worst one since track. Ears got clogged, vision got bad and I felt dizzy and almost passed out in the shower. I have to keep up on my iron intake which I'm very bad at!

On a good note, I think my tummy troubles are gone.

Left knee is really not happy with the bike and my stomach has still been feeing not great in the morning. It gets better during the day but then the nastiness comes back :(
