@ 25 we did 30 sec on 30 sec off, 60 sec on 60 sec off, 30 sec on 30 sec off. Good times.


OHHH and we got jerseys today!!! yaaay. They're a couple years old but they're free so it's fine. They fit people pretty well but small is a bit big on me, I'm going to ask my mom to make mine a bit smaller.

Really unsure why I didn't go outside since it's like 60 degrees but...here I am. Also I have a very bad headache so I only did 15 because I was very uncomfortable.

Finally got to meet with the dude from the bike club. Things are starting to happen!

Last minute was a hard pickup. We are going to plan practices so we should have some harder workouts for training soon.

First spin with the club! 8 people were there today and 3 said they couldn't come today but will come on Wednesday, I'm so happy!!!!

We are still waiting to see if the director of clubs can help us get funding but by the end of this week we should know. If not I officially give up and we will just not have funding but it's ok.
