So I was planning on doing a kinda long solo ride since it's super sunny and 70 but it was just too windy. I wouldn't have enjoyed riding so I ran instead. I just wanted to spend a while outside so I did the Super Sprint loop which I usually bike. It was fine until the last 1.5 miles and then my knees just started aching. Also have like 10 blisters on my feet and my toenail is going to fall off. Nice run though and ran almost as far as William raced today at Nationals. :)
