Ran to W-L High, did a mile then ran past Quincy Park and back home. Legs felt uhhh.. horrible and my stomach didn't feel great the first 2 miles either. Around a year ago I figured out that I am very allergic to soy (thanks to the fake chicken at school) and yesterday I found out I am much more allergic than I had originally thought. Went to Starbucks with a friend and tasted her drink (which had soy milk in it). Stomach started aching 10 min later and has been hurting quite a lot since. Surprising because I barely had any of her drink, just the tiniest sip for taste, but my stomach is not having it. Should try to avoid soy all together which is a hard thing to do these days.
