Went to Vanho with Anna, Liesl and Christine. Did some skiing. Skis need to be waxed.

I swear I've been training, I've just been dreadfully lazy about logging on AP (love reading through my AP and love seeing old workouts but... ugh).

I shall add everything today.

Today did 2x ftp on da bike.
10 min warm up, 15 @ ftp, 10 min easy-ish, 15 @ ftp, 10 min cool down. Felt ok, the second one was harder. HR was in the 180s the first one and low 190s the second.




On another note: Just me trying to figure out my life...

Got my acceptance letter into the University of Maryland for a Masters in Public Health (Epidemiology)! This is most likely where I'll end up going. So now I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing this summer (internship in DC again?), where I'll live and how to pay for all of it. Happy some part of my life is kinda figured out because life is stressful.

Supposed to do 70 min but I was dying and very frustrated so I decided it's better to do the best I could and cut it a bit short. 3 x ( 5 min at 120-100%) my max.
