Took today off since my stomach was having issues again. Awake from 2-4am in a lot of pain. Started eating gluten free (eyeroll), dairy free and soy free to try and figure out what it is this time. I've been avoiding dairy and soy but I must have eaten something bad at dinner because that's when the pains started. I'll start re-introducing foods on Monday.
