8 AM

Cycling warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Not enough warm up
9 AM

Cycling race 36:20 [4] 11.1 mi (18.3 mph) +265m
ahr:188 max:197

Shippensburg Circuit.

Got dropped on the first lap. Horrible. Legs were not awake and I did not eat enough for breakfast (I can't eat before I race without lots of gagging/throwing up. It's bad).
3 PM

Cycling warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Warming up for the hill climb.

Finished racing around 10am. Went to Cleversburg for some coffee/ post race food. Then made our way back to the start area and hung around the car/ watched races. Weather was lovely (sunny and mid 70s). Stayed very hydrated and had to pee 5x within the 2 hours before racing so that was good.
4 PM

Cycling race 28:50 [5] 6.0 mi (12.5 mph) +370m
ahr:191 max:200

South Mountain Hill Climb.

Ended up 5th which I'm happy with. Could see Anna's group for most of it, just over a minute off of them.

It was just an uphill. Not as steep as I thought it would be so that was nice and the last mile or so was downhill/flat.

Sun wasn't blaring by 4 so the temperature was very comfortable. I was also very sugared up. 1 waffle and 1 gu :))))
5 PM

Cycling warm up/down 27:00 [2] 9.0 mi (20.0 mph)

Easy cool down with Anna and Columbia (Monica). This is so fast because 6 of the miles were straight downhill lol.

Cycling warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Cycling race 1:50:00 [4] 31.0 mi (16.9 mph)

Middlebury RR. Not sure what my actual time was since my Garmin died after 11 miles. Great. But wait! it gets better! My right brakes/shifters loosened after maybe 10 miles... not sure how but I couldn't hold on to the hood area (the place you usually hold onto while cycling) so I had to ride in the drops or in the climbing position the whole time. Not comfortable. Breaking was also a bit scary because I didn't want to grab the brakes too hard so they didn't completely loosen. I went through the first lap (17 miles) and was going to stop but then just decided to keep going and at least get a workout in. I guess that's what I got.

Trying to get the cycling situation sorted out at Georgetown and it's already stressful and I have to call like 14 people. All I need is a signature! #crying
