Cycling 45:00 [3]

Not really a fan of class until 6pm... oh well. Got home relatively quickly (thanks to Will for picking me up half way. Walking takes 30min.) and hopped on the trainer while Will went to Home Depot to get stuff to ship the bike I sold and pick up dinner (shout-out #2 to Will). Tomorrow I'll do a long day after class.

Orienteering 1:03:00 [3] 3.8 mi (16:35 / mi)

O training set up by Nadim. I enjoyed the map and was very happy with my navigation. I walked the first 2 controls just to warm up/see how my feet felt and to get used to the map. This was a good idea. Was able to pick up the pace for the last 5 controls. Nailed 15/17 controls. Weather was cold but I wore too much and took off my gloves and head band near the end. As always, nice to get outside and into the woods.

Cycling 30:00 [3]

Will went on another team ride so I was stuck doing my own thing. I don't really like to ride by myself so I spun inside.
10 AM

Running 22:00 [3] 2.5 mi (8:48 / mi)

Easy jog in the sun to shake out. Ran around the neighborhood and then over to the Iwo Jima Memorial. 42 degrees, felt warmer. I wore tights and a long shirt and was a perfect temperature. Noticed quite a few patches of daffodils coming up which is interesting considering it's January.

O training tomorrow, hopefully my cut up feet feel ok, they felt fine today. My knee on the other hand was angry for the first half mile. Had to stop and walk it off a few times.
