Started out running. I wanted to give at least 10 minutes to see how my leg would feel. It didn't get to feeling any better so I stopped after 9 minutes. I am disappointed and concerned that I pushed too far too fast on Saturday. I am signed up for Letchworth and I don''t know if the leg can handle it.
