Sunday Jun 28

Roll-Skate 1:10:00 [2]

Skied the Bird to Gird trail. Got after it a bit trying to keep up with Linda on a bike. No problems at all from the Achilles. Hamstring tendonitis, however, is looking like a bigger problem that I expected. Shouldn't it be gone by now?

Saturday Jun 27

Roll-Skate 48:00 [1]

Easy roll around the neighborhood. I think skate skiing will be a really good rehab exercise - the leg felt great.

Friday Jun 26

Bike - Road 40:00 [1]

Bike to work and over to Goose Lake

Thursday Jun 25

Run 20:00 [1]

Run at the track. Very easy.

Good news: Achilles felt fine after 20 min of continuous running.

Bad news: Tendonitis in opposite knee (aggravated by wearing walking cast) acting up again. Am I going to need more down time to let THAT injury heal. Ugh. It never ends.
