Note
Had a great IMRA trail league. 4th overall but 1st in M40 category. Was a bit down in first race but I had done interval session the day before. Adjusted weekly routine thereafter to give recovery run the day before, so more rested for the races.
I will be M50 next year, but there are quite a few seasoned IMRA runners born in 1968, Eoin Keith, Paul Mahon, Graham Bush, Ronan King to join the likes of Ben Mooney & Gerard Maloney. M50 is going to be very competitive
