Very solid run considering I did IMRA Maurice Mullins Trail 6 days ago. Legs felt heavy for first km, then got into good rhythm and moved through field and managed to keep reasonable pace to end.
Course about 30m longer than last year, different start point.

To get the car which was a quick fix :) A broken wire which was found fairly quickly. Running was comfortable though Saturday very much still in legs.

Note

Short cycle today, returning after leaving car to garage. Multiple warnings on dash. Think it may be costly :(
Legs in good order. Tight calves but my main concern of general feet soreness was unfounded as feet feel great today.
