skiing at RMR with Alex and Nikki after 17cm snow overnight. Took us 1 hours to get to the top of the lift but once we went to the ripper side, there was not much of line up. Snow was soft in trees but was little bumpy in open space. My legs were done by 11:30 trying to keep up with the girls. My knees held up but I could start feeling pain by the end. The brace definitely helps.

My legs are so done from 7 day of ski trip. My legs never felt so sore and tired
before. Both of my knees are sore now. My fatigue is reflected on max heart rate which stayed 10 beats lower even though I felt exhausted.
