Leinster League, brown course, at Castletown.
This was a bit of a run-fest but no harm. Good use made of a relatively limited area.

Caoimhe was a km longer in Hillwood a few weeks ago even though we ran together. Hmmm.

Ran part of the blue course from last week's Munster League at Seefin on the way home from Cork. Tough enough forest - so much water everywhere. Managed to avoid the worst parts. Thanks to Dooby for map and control descriptions :-).
