Ok ride. energy 7 but focus was a 2. rear tire flat at 5:45am didn't help the cause. rebounded and found some nice hills near kirkland.

noticed that my resting heart rate was a bit higher than normal this morning. probably due to back to back rides plus an infant that won't seem to sleep more than 3 hours! regardless, my energy felt ok (6) and my focus was good (7). I had a riding partner pushing me a bit this morning, so that helped during the climbs. kept my HR around z3 for most of the ride, but the 2 biggest hills drove it up into z4/z5.

great morning. explored squawk mountain - got a little lost, but ultimately made it to the top via 12th ave, mt olympus, morning side, to the loop. overall energy was a 9 and focus was also a 9. short on time, we decided to skip going up cougar mt and head back. KOM on Frink Park sprint - felt really good!
