I used to run 17 minutes off no warm-up and sporadic training. Annoying.

Orienteering race (Star Posts) 1:12:00 [3]

Went off fast to try and win every leg. 1 and 2 were lovely but messed up 3 (going to blame it on the map) and 4 (going to blame it on me). Calves were absolutely screaming and I went slow and straight from here for max terrain running. Picked up a little at the end. Halletted.
