Shorts ride. Home, Cumberland Basin, not Bedminster Station, Bishopsworth, Dundry North Face, Dundry village, Maes Knoll, Whitchurch, A37, Redcliffe, Home. Nice ride but got a puncture on the way back :-(

Little jog to the top of Maes Knoll, good views.

Really should remember: JK/BOC relays are not like JIRCS/BUCS. Well done to Ben and Adam for getting Bristol up to 7th.

This was better. Very steady to start but suddenly got loads of energy on the way to 4. Pretty good from there, catching Cherry at 7 and then pulling away though the far end. Felt like this was what I'd been training for. Lost a bit of focus 25 though 29 and remember telling myself to re-focus on the way to 30 but it was too late as I'd already mis-punched. Overall really pleased. Good course, good orienteering, good fun.

Steady to start and messed up three. Never felt like I was really making good progress. Bit more on 7, 8, 9. Not fast enough. [35.24 / 26th / +4.28].

Didn't do as much sprint training as I'd have liked so wasn't sure how I would get on. Steady to start and bit un-confident in my routechoices all the way round but for the most part I think I got them right. Main aim was to hesitate when I needed to which I largely did but lost time on 5 and 11. [25th / 15.11 / +1.52]. Just not fast enough...
