Longest run in a while. Started decent. Raced a guy for a bit. Stopped racing after about 40mins and was pretty tired from 60mins. Very slow by the end. Can feel the shin slightly this evening.

Took it easy, stopped to read some information boards, finished last.

Hmm. Took a bit of getting used to. Need to be solid on compass. Also tried using a magifier for the first time, may have been more distracting than useful.
