Remember quality YHJS training days here. Keen to come back. Was running alright: some strength and a bit of lungs, getting some endurance. Silly route decisions at times. Caught Matt but he was a bit injured.

After sitting around in the cold (and sun) for 20 minutes waiting for Abi to come in who had already finished.

Spotted a few indistinct paths perpendicular to the contours when running with Jonny last year and thought they would make for some ridiculous hill reps. They did.

Perfect clear evening. Going to claim I could see the Roaches. Wish I'd had binoculars.
