Feeling heavy warming-up and then moped round. Speed up a little when I thought there was a chance Richard G might been me! Did take more straight routes than normal to get time in terrain.

Definitely an easier week, plus getting stronger = not as ruined as normal, disappointing! Also this might be the first day in four-five months without a scab on a knee.
