Felt grim on the run-out but settled into it. Wasn't pretty but felt I was running okay. The time says otherwise however but was a bit muddy. Nice.

2, 4, 6, 8, 1, 8, 6, 4, 2. I have missed pyramids and training on the track in the dark. Struggled a lot on the 1, 8, 6. More than expected. Smashed the last two on adrenaline cos my lungs would have put me embarrassingly far behind. Followed by 2k “tempo”.
