With Aston from a park with a disappointing lack of kangaroos then following the river back to home. Fairly pacey for a good 30 minutes.

Early morning after shorter sleep but wanted to get going. Nice course away from roads along the the river. With a guy until after the zig-zags when I was happy I knew what was coming. There was a bit of a hill no one warned me about but no problem. A bit of rain and mud to get me used to the UK again, still 20 degrees though.

Good to escape the town and get up high. Blagged a uplift from the bus driver so managed three laps of the XC trail and two of Rude rock before a lift home.

Queenstown > Gondola > Ben Lomond > Arthurs Point. Relaxed stops at the gondola and the saddle followed by an effort up to the top. Round the back for the bus home, walked some of the hills to save my legs.

On the grass track with Max W and Sam T. 4*2*500m with 30s between the 5s and 4 minutes jog between the sets. First session in some time! Not heavy but any heavier and I would have started struggling after the morning.
