Running warm up/down 5:00 [3]

Things making us late: tree fallen down, domestic in the car in front over driving leading to husband and wife stopping in the road to swap seats, car stuck.

Orienteering 33:00 [3]

Got pretty psyched despite short warm-up. Busy to number one but poor thinking/direction to 2, slowww at the turnaround into uphill running, then got pulled low on 10. Caught 2 min by Willy at 13 on the slope below, followed but then again slow on the hill to 19.

I hate night orienteering, have really shit head torches (maybe that’s why), and didn’t want to push the knee too hard, so took it largely chilled. Roped into Ali T / Joe train for a little bit and was going to slate Bray for not catching me but he missed his start.
