Easy on the mill to ignore the winter pooscape outdoors. Not too likely to continue my training trajectory this week, but went in the name of consistency.

Workout is called alpine climb. I don’t fing think so, matey.

At budget gym. It’s fine but the showers totally suck. And are about. 7/10 on the gross meter.


2% grade. Started at 6mph then up .5 every five minutes till I got to 8.5 mph and then eased off a bit. Could do more, want to do more, but now is not the time and I hate self control but I need it. For now.
