Not feeling great after an early family Christmas thing last night but also not feeling great about the last few weeks training so the only solution was to squish all that badness together and make something less bad out of it. And that took the form of a 45 minute ten k on the surprisingly not so awfully cold Burlington waterfront.

Felt good enough to pretend like it was a progression workout.

And a cool down to get to an hour. Might be sore tomorrow but hopefullly used my muscles sore and not aggravated an injury sore. Pretty sure it’ll be the former.

Breaking the ice and the rust on the mill over lunch.

Garmin has my hr peaking at 183 during the first five minutes when I was warming up at 6mph. Either something is really, really wrong with my cardiovascular system or perhaps maybe it’s a Garmin problem.
